Football is the new Religion.
Nostradamus tips Spain, well worth a bet

Trawling through the web for World Cup related tidbits and articles I found this on the BBC.

Spanish daily 20 Minutos claims Nostradamus tipped Spain to win the World Cup.

It quotes one of his prophecies as follows:
"In the sixth month of 2006 the King of Spain will cross the Pyrenees with his troops. The legions of Beelzebub will battle him in central Europe and suffer doom and destruction. The Holy Grail will then come to Spain."

How weird is that, I assume that The Legions of Beelzebub must be the Germans, sorry , sorry , sorry I forgot that we are not allowed to mention zee war, so could it be the USA??? Who is the most loathed nation in the last 16?

Anyway, for what its worth if Spain wins the world cup, sell your house, your car and party because there may not be that long left!!!
