England's 23 man squad fly to Geneva for friendly

Friendly, FRIENDLY!!!! We reckon that this is going to be anything but friendly! Rivalry that started with the Falklands and only worsened after the 'hand of God' goal and the Beckham sending off, mean that this is sure to a cracker. Not to mention a sure-fire test of England's abiliity against a top side, especially as many tip England to win next year's World Cup - if you're English you do anyway!

Bolstered by the fitness of Ledley King and Frank Lampard, England expects!!

A possible starting line-up:

Robinson (Tottenham); Young (Charlton), Terry (Chelsea), Campbell (Arsenal), Bridge (Chelsea); King (Tottenham), Beckham (Real Madrid), Lampard (Chelsea), Gerrard (Liverpool); Owen (Newcastle), Rooney (Man Utd)

sees Wayne Bridge back in the team due to the absense of Ashley Cole and Jamie Carragher, despite having only played 60 minutes of first team football this season.
