Stokes Sambegou Bangoura's strike on 78 minutes sinks Leicester.
The Foxes went in front on 21 minutes through Joey Gudjohnson's 25-yard shot only for Paul Gallagher's twice-taken penalty to pull the sides level.
Elvis Hammond put the visitors ahead again early in the second half, but two goals in three minutes gave Stoke victory.
Mamady Sidibe headed home on 75 minutes before Bangoura sealed the win with his seventh goal in six games.
