Southend 2-0 Swindon
Southend extend their unbeaten run to 11 and regain top spot in League One after comfortably beating struggling Swindon.

Two goals in as many minutes in the first half by Luke Guttridge and Mark Gower sealed the Swindon’s fate.

On 30 minutes Guttridge ghosted in at the far post to get in a powerful header from five yards after Mark Bentley had crossed from the right.

Guttridge and Wayne Gray then linked well for Gower, who found the net with a left-footed shot.

Southend look certain to achieve a play off spot, if not better, whilst Swindon have some troubling times ahead.
