Forest 1 Bradford 0
10 yellow cards and one goal see Forest get a well deserved win.

Forest dominated the first half with 8 attempts on goal, of which 4 were on target. In the 24th minute there persistance payed off as Johnson smashed the ball into the back of the net from 8 yards, after Bradford failed to clear the ball properly.

Bradford had a rare chance just before half time from a free kick just outside the box. The ensueing kick hit the Forest wall.

In the second half the game slowed down considerably with both sides having very few chances.

Holloway was booked for a second time for bringing down Lester as he charged towards a second Forest goal.

With seven bookings between them the 10 man Bradford struggled on with the tension lasting to the end as Forest hung on through 4 minutes of injury time.

An important victory that sees Forest move up to tenth.
