Whaley Streets Ahead.

In what was a very one sided game Whaley where superb. Final score 15-0. It was an awesome display right from the kick off with some wonderful goals in what could only be classed as "Men against Boys" in a very one sided match. In the end it was used to try different players in different positions to ensure Whaley are ready for the games ahead.
An excellent display enjoyed by a reasoable size crowd.
It is a pity thatmore people do not go and watch there local junior teams where it is free and none of theplay acting that goes on in Premiership games.

This is my first season as manager of the Whaley Bridge Under 12's. It has been a great experience and is most fulfilling to get out on a Sunday and watch some great football. I am an avid supporter of football but feel that money is killing the game with to many would be superstars earning far to much and then complainig of being tired. It is refreshing to go to the local park and watch kids give there all for there team.
